Golf Coach and Facility Manager

Company Description Golf Life is the longest running national golf television series in US syndication. Our series has covered all aspects of golf, with an emphasis on instruction and top teachers, for the past 30+ years. Golf Life Center, is our indoor golf studio and teaching lab. We feature a full size PuttView green, Trackman and Foresight launch monitors and software to integrate the experience. We also bring in specialty tools to highlight and test, as a leader on in golf media and communication. Role Description We are seeking a Golf Teacher and Facility Manager to join our team at our Broomfield, CO location. The Golf Teacher will lead group and individual golf lessons for a variety of skill levels, design lesson plans to address unique learning goals, and provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills. The candidate will collaborate with players to develop personalized strategies, demonstrate proper techniques, and promote engagement and enthusiasm for the game of golf in a structured and supportive environment. In addition, the right candidate will help in operations of the golf facility and a sports facility. Qualifications • In-depth knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and best practices • Strong teaching, coaching, and communication skills to instruct players of all levels • Management and facilities experience is a plus. • Experience in creating personalized lesson plans or training programs • Enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their goals • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Previous experience as a golf instructor or professional player • Ability to work on-site in Broomfield, CO • Relevant certification (e.g., PGA/LPGA/TPI certification) is preferred Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Day shift • Night shift • Self-determined schedule • Weekend availability Experience: • Golf Teaching: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
