About the Role
Overview
Trump Golf Academy is rebuilding how golf instruction is delivered. Located at Trump National Doral in Miami, we are looking for golf professionals who are hungry, coachable, and genuinely excited about what modern instruction can do for a student. This is not a traditional teaching job. Every lesson at TGA is part of a structured development journey backed by biomechanics, motion analysis, launch monitor data, and measurable outcomes. We serve everyone from complete beginners to competitive players, and we hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of our students. If you believe the way golf has been taught for the last fifty years is overdue for a change, you will fit in here. PGA membership or active PGA apprentice status is required. Beyond credentials, we want professionals who have put in the work to understand the game at a deeper level and are actively pursuing growth. You should have hands-on experience with TrackMan or a comparable launch monitor, a working knowledge of biomechanics and how the body moves in the golf swing, and a track record of building student relationships over time rather than delivering one-off tips. TPI certification is preferred but not required on day one. Candidates with experience in structured curriculum delivery, junior development, or fitness-based instruction will stand out.
