Pro Shop Specialist

Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases of merchandise and equipment Manage cash handling processes accurately during sales transactions and maintain balanced registers Support event management activities such as tournaments, clinics, or special guest events by coordinating logistics and assisting participants Handle guest services issues promptly, resolving conflicts with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area to ensure a welcoming environment Assist in food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages to guests Contribute to the overall hospitality experience by engaging with guests of all ages, including children and groups Requirements Previous experience in customer service or retail environments preferred Strong communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere Experience in events management or coordinating activities is a plus Lifeguard experience or certification is desirable; ability to work safely around water is beneficial Working knowledge of food service and hospitality standards in a resort setting Comfortable working with children and providing engaging guest services in a lively environment This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on creating fun-filled experiences while managing diverse responsibilities.
