Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guest support throughout their visitManage retail sales by processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems and handling cash with careAssist in organizing and overseeing events at the venue, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfactionEnforce safety protocols diligently, including manual handling procedures and safety protocol adherence during outdoor activitiesHandle conflict management professionally, resolving guest concerns promptly and effectivelySupport event setup and breakdown, including heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment or suppliesProvide first aid or CPR when necessary, maintaining safety standards at all timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitorsCommunicate clearly with team members and guests through public speaking or direct interaction to enhance overall experienceAssist with food service operations if applicable, ensuring compliance with health standardsExperience
