Job Overview
Harrison Hills Golf Club is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead all food and beverage operations for the clubhouse, bar, grille, and events. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, staffing, guest experience, inventory, bar service, and private events.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can oversee daily operations while helping grow banquets, private events, and catering opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving systems, and creating a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Food & Beverage Operations
Oversee day-to-day grille, bar, beverage cart, and clubhouse food service operationsManage front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient serviceMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standardsEnsure exceptional guest service for members, golfers, and event guestsManage opening/closing procedures and daily readiness of food & beverage areasLeadership & Staffing
Hire, train, coach, schedule, and supervise all food & beverage staffBuild a strong service culture focused on hospitality, teamwork, and accountabilityMonitor labor costs and schedule staff efficiently based on business levels and eventsLead by example with a hands-on management style during peak service timesInventory / Purchasing / Financial Performance
Manage ordering of food, liquor, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and suppliesConduct regular inventories and track product usageControl food and beverage costs through purchasing, portioning, and waste managementAssist with menu pricing, specials, promotions, and profitability goalsEvents / Catering
Respond to banquet, wedding, and private event inquiriesConduct tours and assist guests with event planning and menu selectionPrepare event details, timelines, and banquet event orders (BEOs)Coordinate room setups, staffing, bar service, and food execution for eventsOversee successful execution of tournaments, golf outings, weddings, and private functionsHelp grow event and catering revenue through service excellence and repeat businessMenu & Guest Experience
Work with kitchen leadership to develop menus, specials, and seasonal offeringsEnhance the clubhouse dining and event experience for members and guestsCreate a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouthQualifications
Previous management experience in restaurant, golf club, banquet, or hospitality operations preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and cost controlEvent, banquet, or catering experience strongly preferredServSafe certified or willing to obtainAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and guest-focused mindsetAvailability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWhat We’re Looking For

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
