About the Role
Raintree Country Club , located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Horticultural Assistant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional weekend mornings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Blowing parking lots and common areas
- Collecting trash daily
- Watering containers and flower beds throughout the course
- Fertilizing, mulching, weeding, and deadheading
- Weed eating and general landscape maintenance
- Planting and pruning using gas-powered hand tools
- Assisting with holiday and Christmas decorations
- Performing a variety of horticultural, landscaping, and grounds maintenance duties
