The Role We are looking for a Horticulturist with a genuine passion for the beauty of flowers and shrubs and a desire to present them at their best. Reporting directly to the Director of Agronomy, and working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, you will install, maintain, and manage the ornamental landscaping and seasonal flower displays across the golf course and Clubhouse properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who loves daily plant care, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in seeing their work enjoyed by Members and guests every day.

What You’ll Do - Prepare and/or oversee the daily set up/presentation of Clubhouse outside areas ahead of

- Maintains presentation of all landscape areas, flower beds and pots for the Great House, Lake Club, Hacienda, and the two course comfort stations.

- Assist in selection, propagating, and growing plant materials for ornamental use around the golf course, Clubhouse, and other buildings.

- Assist in designing seasonal flower beds and

- Trims and prunes bushes and trees as

- Maintains low-pressure irrigation systems for

- Instructs groundskeepers in routine maintenance of ornamental

- Applies pesticides and fertilizers to ornamental plantings as

- Advise of the need for tree trimming

- Requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather

- Operate vehicles and power

- Oversee and/or assist in watering lawns, trees, or plants in Clubhouse and Comfort Station areas, using automatic sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans as necessary.

- Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or power equipment in Clubhouse and Comfort Station areas.

- Assist in care of mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, trimming, or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.

- Regular mowing, blowing, and edging of all lawn areas around Clubhouses and Comfort

- Trim or pick flowers and clean flower

- Rake, mulch, blow, and compost leaves in Clubhouse and Comfort Station

- Install equipment to protect or support

- Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment in a safe and proper
