Golf Staff

<p><em>Looking to fill the Outside Operations Staff for the 2026 Season.  Must be able to work closing shifts weekdays, weekends and Holidays from April 1st to December 31st weather permitting.</em></p> <p><em><strong>Starter Responsibilities:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li> <p><em>Manage the first tee and ensure groups start on time.</em></p> </li> <li> <p><em>Organize tee sheet flow and communicate with the pro shop.</em></p> </li> <li> <p><em>Provide course information, rules, and daily updates to players.</em></p> </li> <li> <p><em>Monitor pace of play at the start and set expectations with guests.</em></p> </li> <li> <p><em>Deliver excellent customer service and represent the club professionally.</em></p> </li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Golf Cart Management:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li><em>Prepare, stage, and maintain the golf cart fleet, ensuring they are clean, gased up, and in excellent working condition.</em></li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Practice Facility Oversight:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li><em>Maintain the driving range and practice areas by monitoring cleanliness, and replenishing/picking range balls as needed.</em></li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Member and Guest Experience:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li><em>Greet members and guests warmly and provide directions or information as needed.</em></li> <li><em>Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.</em></li> </ul>
