Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or quick service restaurant (QSR) setting
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
