Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and sautéed dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality. Follow established recipes, menu specifications, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals. Manage food handling procedures with strict adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service periods. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality and presentation. Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments, restaurant kitchens, or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques for grilling and sautéing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
