Banquet and Events Manager The Country Club of Harrisburg
Our private, member-focused country club—home to approximately 450 members—is seeking an experienced and energetic Banquet and Events Manager to lead our growing events program.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for executing a wide range of events, including member functions, golf outings, and private celebrations. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients while leading a team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with the Special Events Director to bring club events to life
Lead banquet staff during event setup, service, and breakdown
Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless execution
Coordinates event schedules, details, and communications with Special Events Director and Clubhouse Manager
Deliver outstanding hospitality and personalized service
What We’re Looking For
Experience in event or banquet management (country club or hospitality setting preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Professional, polished, and member-focused demeanor
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
