You’ll be the behind-the-scenes orchestrator of our most memorable moments, managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and communications with precision, grace, and heart. • *What You’ll Do** • *Curate Exceptional Experiences** • Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of selected private and Club events. • Oversee select event timelines, vendor coordination, setups, layouts, and guest experience. • Serve as the on-site lead during selected events to ensure seamless execution and premium service. • Orchestrate intimate gatherings, lakeside dinners, and signature Club soirées with grace and precision • Ensure every event unfolds seamlessly—from initial concept to final farewell • Be the quiet conductor behind unforgettable moments, anticipating needs before they arise • *Serve as a Trusted Guide** • Respond to inquiries with warmth and clarity, guiding hosts through a personalized planning journey • Lead site tours that inspire, inform, and invite • Build lasting relationships with members, guests, and vendors rooted in trust and genuine connection • *Elevate Weddings & Signature Celebrations** • Support the planning and execution of Escondido’s most cherished occasions, including elegant weddings and large-scale Club events • Collaborate across departments to ensure every detail reflects our standard of excellence • *Craft Impeccable Event Documentation** • Draft and refine Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with meticulous attention to detail • Ensure all departments are aligned with timely, accurate event briefs • *Shape the Club’s Storytelling** • Create compelling event descriptions, RSVP forms, and digital listings that reflect the Escondido brand • Assist with event-related communications including written descriptions, RSVP forms, event campaigns, and member-facing announcements. • Draft or update event content for the Club app, website, newsletters, and email communications. • Create professional event signage, collateral, and branded materials as needed. • Design signage and collateral that elevate the guest experience and reinforce our refined aesthetic • Ensure every member-facing communication is timely, polished, and infused with purpose • Support the Director of Events and Communications with general tasks as assigned • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with the Director of Events and Communications What You Bring You are a poised professional with a discerning eye for detail and a heart for hospitality.
