Tamarack Country Club is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage

Tamarack is a 1929 Charles Banks design in Greenwich, CT, featuring classic template holes (Redan, Biarritz, Punchbowl) alongside a vibrant family-oriented campus with pool, tennis, and year-round dining.
We're looking for a hands-on F&B leader to help shape the next chapter of our culinary and service program — overseeing à la carte dining, banquets and member events, bar operations, and staff development, while partnering closely with club leadership during an exciting period of growth.
What we're looking for:
Proven leadership in high-volume, member-focused F&B operations (private club or upscale hospitality background preferred)
Strong people-development skills — building and retaining a motivated, professional team
A collaborative approach to elevating the member experience across dining, events, and special occasions
