About the Role
About the Development
The development is an ambitious private residential and club community currently in development by Summit Ventures. Conceived as a world-class destination, it’s being designed around exceptional golf, wellness, hospitality, nature, architecture, and a deeply curated member experience.
Rather than simply creating another luxury community, it seeks to redefine what modern private club living can become—where every detail, from arrival through everyday life, is intentional, memorable, and enduring. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a legacy project from the earliest stages through completion.
Position Overview
The Development Executive will serve as the owner's primary representative and strategic leader responsible for coordinating every aspect of the planning, design, entitlement, development, construction, and delivery of the Project.
This individual will oversee consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, operators, municipalities, and internal stakeholders while protecting the vision, financial objectives, schedule, and quality standards established by ownership.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of hands-on experience in land development, master-planned very high-end communities, and golf-related amenities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Success in this role requires equal parts developer, project executive, hospitality leader, strategic thinker, and relationship builder.
