JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Semi-Private Country Club Server/Bartender. Must be available to work on Sundays and year round. Please provide planned/tentative vacation dates for the upcoming year. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and seat guests. * Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently. * Mix and serve drinks according to recipes. * Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Assist in setting up and closing the bar and dining area. * Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system. Requirements: * Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Strong multitasking and time management skills. * A friendly and professional demeanor. * Must be 18 Years of age or older.
