Operations Manager – Golf Experience

Company Description TruGolf Cherry Hill is a brand new premium indoor golf entertainment venue in South Jersey. We combine cutting edge golf simulators, a full bar, and kitchen to create an immersive, fun experience for both serious golfers and casual players. Role Description The Operations Manager - Golf Experience will play a key leadership role in launching and running daily operations at our new Cherry Hill facility. This position is responsible for overseeing all golf simulator bay operations, staff leadership, guest experience, safety protocols, leagues/memberships, and driving revenue across golf and bar areas. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all premium golf simulators.Manage tee times, leagues, memberships, and simulator utilization to maximize revenueLead, train, schedule, and develop the operations teamDeliver exceptional guest experiences for both serious golfers and casual playersCollaborate closely with team on integrated golf as well as bar/dining events and upsellingMonitor KPIs (bay utilization, revenue per player, labor costs, guest satisfaction) and implement improvements Qualifications 2 - 5+ years of experience in golf operations, indoor simulators, bowling/entertainment venues, sports leagues, or hospitality managementStrong passion for golf and understanding of the game is a plusProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and problem solving abilitiesExperience with event planning and execution is a big plusFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysServSafe or NJ Responsible Alcohol Service certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary $50k–$65k + performance bonusComplimentary golf simulator access & golf perksGround-floor opportunity to grow with a new premium venue
