Oversees 36 outdoor hitting bays, 6 indoor simulators and an 18 hole indoor putting course.
The Golf
Manager is in charge of the overall customer experience while leading a team of 20+ staff members. Must provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate knowledge of the sport and associated equipment.
The Golf
Manager spearheads and manages golf leagues, events, and tournaments as well as day-to-day golf operations. This position requires quality leadership skills (hiring/training), financial management (budgets, sales), maintaining high-tech equipment/facilities to ensure a premier, profitable indoor golf experience, managing staff, tech, sales, and ensuring member/guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, simulator functionality, facility upkeep, and adherence to club policies/rules
Customer Experience: Deliver premium service, handle reservations, promote programs, and resolve issues to build loyalty
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate a team to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction
Sales & Marketing: Promote events, tournaments, leagues, and lessons; manage golf merchandise, and clubs
Technology & Facilities: maintain a clean, organized, and appealing environment
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Management in hospitality, golf, or entertainment; experience with indoor golf/simulators is a plus
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills for guests, staff, and management
Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, booking software, CRM and MS Office
Personality: Detail-oriented, results-driven, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
