YOU MUST HAVE, OR OBTAIN AFTER HIRED, A VALID IVP FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD ISSUED BY ARIZONA DPS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Part Time TGA Premier Sports runs a national golf, tennis, and pickleball program that specializes in on campus, after school enrichment classes for elementary school students. All enrichment classes take place on school campuses during the after-school time period, usually starting between 3:00pm-3:30pm, and lasting one hour.

Requirements:

Must be enthusiastic and love working with children Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be a kid Available after 2pm Monday through Friday and have a reliable source of transportation Experience working with children Passion for tennis, golf, and/or pickleball Previous instruction experience is not required just a passion for the sport(s); TGA provides curriculum training

TGA employees may also have the opportunity to work at weekend events, clinics, school-break camps, leagues and tournaments.

We are looking for instructors to begin training in immediately and begin teaching and coaching in November throughout the school year and beyond, if desired.

Summary As an elementary golf, tennis, and/or pickleball Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and coaching children in a fun and engaging manner. This role emphasizes core skills in sports coaching and teaching, while also valuing experience with children. No prior experience is necessary, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their coaching journey. Your ability to foster a positive learning environment will be essential, and any additional skills in physical education or childcare will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Responsibilities

Instruct and coach grade school students in golf, tennis, and/or pickleball, ensuring a fun and engaging learning environment. Conduct age-appropriate lesson plans that promote skill development and teamwork. *Lesson plans provided Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback. Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall sports program. Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe playing environment.
