About the Role

Responsibilities

Conduct golf, pickleball, or tennis afterschool clinics for individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels Coach Training and Lesson plans are provided to implement effective teaching strategies to enhance players' skills and techniques Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance Organize and supervise classes

-Show up on time (early) to classes

Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants

-Transport provided equipment

Maintain and clean equipment and facilities

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with students or teaching golf, pickleball or tennis is preferred but no experience is necessary Strong knowledge of rules, techniques, and strategies is a plus but not necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with children and/or adults of all ages Passion for sports and physical education Ability to educate and motivate players to achieve their goals Ability to climb stairs or ladders as needed
