Duties
Greet members & guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. us
Manage carts, clubs, the driving range, the practice chipping area, and the bag room efficiently, insuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about course conditions, events, and amenities, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Support event setup and management for tournaments, outings, or special functions, coordinating with staff to ensure seamless execution.
Support safety initiatives by implementing manual handling procedures, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting with basic first aid or CPR when necessary.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old and be a licensed driver.
Strong conflict management skills to handle member & guest concerns or disputes professionally and calmly.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment or supplies safely.
Must be able to read and understand a golf tee sheet.
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective public speaking abilities to engage our members confidently.
