General Manager

<p>The General Manager provides executive leadership for the club's day-to-day operations, financial performance, member experience, workforce, and long-range operational planning. The GM will lead a complex, multi-amenity operation while balancing the expectations of members, residents, employees, governing bodies, and other community stakeholders. This position requires a highly capable club executive who combines strong operational and financial expertise with sound judgement, diplomacy, transparency, and exceptional communication skills.</p>
