The Restaurant Manager role at Invited represents a pivotal junior management position within the vibrant food and beverage department. This role is integral to the club's daily operations, overseeing food and beverage service to ensure a seamless, high-quality dining experience for club members and guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Director or Food & Beverage Director, the Restaurant Manager plays a hands-on role during lower volume periods by directly engaging in service responsibilities, as well as assisting with oversight during peak meal periods. The position requires managing service staff, maintaining strict compliance with Invited’s service standards, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role is not only about managing operations but also about enhancing the member and guest experience by upholding excellence in service and hospitality.
As a Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will monitor reservations, manage room setups, complete opening and closing procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts, and ensure the workplace maintains high standards of cleanliness and orderliness. The role also demands active participation and leadership in staff meetings and training sessions, aimed at developing a skilled and knowledgeable team committed to outstanding service standards. Mastery of menu knowledge, including daily specials and beverage offerings, is essential to effectively answer member inquiries and deliver exceptional recommendations.
Employees in this role are expected to embody professionalism, demonstrate initiative in personal and professional growth, and uphold the highest ethical standards. The dynamic nature of the club environment means the Restaurant Manager must be adaptable, willing to assist in various duties beyond the usual scope, and collaborate effectively with team members and management to meet the club’s operational goals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a prestigious hospitality environment while growing within a supportive and rewarding company.
