The Victory Club is looking to hire an experienced, energetic, and professional Group Fitness Instructor to join our team immediately. We are seeking someone confident in strength, conditioning, and functional training who understands how to safely coach an active 55+ population.
Types of Classes Needed:
Ab-focused or Total Body Conditioning
TRX Circuit Strength Training
HIIT / Tabata / Strength Intervals + Stretch

Additional Hours Opportunities:
• Possible Saturday or Sunday mornings
• Subbing Opportunities throughout the week

Job description
Duties
- Lead group fitness classes
- Create and implement engaging and effective workout programs for participants
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper body mechanics and form during exercises
- Educate participants on the principles of fitness and the benefits of regular exercise
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and modifications as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean workout environment for all participants
Experience
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics
- Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals
- Ability to effectively communicate with participants and provide clear instructions
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines is required (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM)

Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals is essential. Certification in relevant fitness disciplines, such as ACE, NASM, or AFAA, ACSM is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.50 Per Class
