Assistant Golf Pro: Luxury Club Operations

Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club, located near Fajardo, Puerto Rico, seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support the Director of Golf in daily operations, events, clinics and member service. You will assist with tournaments, oversee the Golf Shop, coordinate lesson programs, and maintain the USGA handicap program with MGA, while upholding Discovery Land Company's standards. This full-time role requires excellent communication, flexibility and a passion for luxury private club experiences.
