You will play a vital role in creating a lively atmosphere on the golf course while supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in its mission to help children in need. As part of our team, you will sell par 3 contest entries and provide an enjoyable experience for golfers. Your Responsibilities Include: Selling par 3 contest entries to golfersCollecting payments (cash or credit card)Submitting a daily sales recapRepresenting Million Dollar Golf in a professional mannerProviding valuable feedback from golf course locationsQualifications: Fun, positive, and outgoing personalityConfidence in initiating face-to-face conversationsReliable and punctualStrong organizational and communication skillsGolf knowledge preferred but not requiredAvailability for weekday and/or weekend shiftsReliable transportation to local golf coursesCompensation: You will receive an hourly base pay plus commission and bonuses. Average earnings exceed $20/hour, with top performers earning between $35-$45/hour. High performers are rewarded for their dedication and ability to engage with customers. Additional Details: Positions available for both full-time and part-time (3-5 days per week)Seasonal role aligned with the golf season (spring through fall, depending on location)
