Plumas Pines Golf Resort is now hiring Golf, Pro-Shop and Course Maintenance positions for the 2025 season If you love the game of golf and enjoy working in a fun and outdoor environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Grounds Maintenance Maintain and care for the golf course grounds, including mowing, watering, edging, and fertilizing. Assisting with course set-up for daily play, including flag placement and tee box preparation. Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Operate light motorized equipment & utility vehicles on the course. No previous experience necessary. Pro Shop Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop, including stocking merchandise and assisting customers. Assisting with Pro Shop operations, such as checking in golfers, handling payments, and answering customer inquiries. Help organize and execute tournaments, events, and leagues as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks in the Pro Shop, such as cleaning and restocking supplies. Assist with player services, such as golf club rentals, cart rentals, and managing tee time reservations. Uphold the golf course's standards for customer service, professionalism, and safety at all times. Qualifications Previous experience working on a golf course or in a Pro Shop preferred. Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and course maintenance practices. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed. Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
