- Pa Golf Club, where you'll work under the guidance of the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents. This full-time role is all about keeping the golf courses in top condition. You'll perform a wide range of maintenance tasks—operating tractors, mowing equipment, fertilizer spreaders, and seed spreaders—and apply basic irrigation practices for turfgrass management.

### Your day-to-day

- Pa Way: smile and greet, name and meet, thank you, and goodbye. You'll need to be able to handle all the tasks of a Groundskeeper I, including operating tractors, implements, and mowing equipment. A solid understanding of how to use fertilizer and seed spreaders is important, as is a basic knowledge of irrigation techniques for turf.

You'll need to follow both verbal and written instructions, have a good grasp of golf course maintenance techniques, and know what good course conditions look like. It's also essential to work well with others across different departments. And, of course, you'll present a professional appearance per the company dress code.

### What you'll be doing physically

This job involves a lot of movement. Expect to stand and walk for two-thirds or more of your shift, sit for one-third to two-thirds, and talk or hear for two-thirds or more. You'll use your hands frequently and will need to climb or balance up to one-third of the time, stoop or kneel up to two-thirds, and reach with your hands up to one-third. Lifting is a regular part of the role—lifting up to 10 pounds happens two-thirds or more of the time, up to 25 pounds for one-third or more, and up to 50 pounds for up to two-thirds. Good color vision is required to identify and distinguish colors.

### Work environment

You'll be exposed to extreme noise, outdoor conditions, confining workspaces, electrical hazards, vibration, dust, and mechanical hazards. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that keeps the course looking its best.
