Every great private club has someone who quietly keeps everything moving.

The person who answers the phone before the second ring.Who knows which dining room has availability tonight.Who can coordinate a reservation, a to-go order, and a member request without missing a beat.At Cordillera Ranch, that role belongs to our Club Concierge.

This position sits at the center of clubhouse communication and member hospitality, serving as the welcoming presence for members and the coordination hub for dining reservations, to-go orders, and general clubhouse inquiries.

The Role The Club Concierge is often the first voice members hear and the first person they see when they arrive at the clubhouse. Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, this position manages dining reservations, assists with member requests, coordinates to-go orders, and supports host operations during service. The role requires a calm, organized professional who enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating seamless member experiences. What You’ll Do Member Reception

Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional presenceServe as the primary point of contact for clubhouse inquiriesMaintain an organized and welcoming reception areaReservations & Communication

Manage dining reservations and special requests through Club EssentialsAnswer incoming calls promptly and professionallyCommunicate reservation details and special requests to the service teamFood & Beverage Coordination

Assist members with to-go orders and coordinate with the culinary team for accuracy and timingSupport host operations during busy dining periodsMaintain strong knowledge of menus, events, and club offeringsOperational Support

Assist with event reservations and member requestsSupport the Club Concierge Supervisor and F&B leadership with administrative coordinationHelp ensure clear communication between members, kitchen, and service teamsWho Thrives in This Role The best Club Concierges tend to be:

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, host stand, or food & beverage service preferredPrivate club or luxury hospitality experience is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfort working with reservation systems and POS softwareProfessional appearance aligned with club service standardsSchedule We are currently hiring a Full-Time & Part-time Concierge Typical shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Candidates must be available for:
