Job Description: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management (Golf Operations, Food & Beverage and Maintenance). Drive revenue through tournaments, merchandise sales and tee sheet management, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and service standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: Supervise daily activities. Recruit, train and manage staff. Assist with creation and management of annual budgets and inventory. Ensure customer experience is first class.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in golf or hospitality preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft and social media platforms.
Ability to work weekends
Occasional overtime
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must be eligible to work in the US
Ability to work outdoors
Able to lift, up to 50 lbs.
Capable of moderate physical labor

Annual Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 annually + Bonus and Education (DOE)
Hourly position starting at $30/hour Los Lagos Golf Course is a CourseCo, Inc managed facility.
