Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
-Ensure that all food is presented beautifully and meets quality standards.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
-Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
-Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant.
-Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
-Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation.
-Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
