Asst Golf Professional/Tournament DirectorJoin to apply for the Asst Golf Professional/Tournament Director role at Troon.
The Assistant Golf Professional will assist the golf staff in all aspects of daily golf operations under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional. The candidate must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
Proficiency in Golf Genius software is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design, organize, and implement golf outings and tournaments using Golf Genius software as Tournament Director.Provide first-class service to members and guests throughout the club.Assist with daily Golf Shop operations: managing member and guest play, sales, special orders, POS system, merchandising, shop upkeep, and club repair.Support junior golf programs, clinics, and individual lessons under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional.Assist in managing the first tee and golf course.Play golf with members.Compensation and Benefits:Seasonal salary: $36,000 to $40,000.
Potential additional income: Private lessons ($2,000–$3,000), Tournament bonuses ($1,000).
