Lake Chesdin Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Golf Operations team. We are currently hiring for both Inside Golf Shop Staff and Outside Golf Operations Staff. Whether you're looking for part-time work, full-time opportunities, or simply enjoy being around the game of golf, we'd love to meet you.
Inside Golf Shop Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to members and guestsAnswer phones and assist with inquiriesBook tee times using our reservation systemCheck golfers in and process paymentsOperate the point-of-sale systemMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shopAssist with merchandise and daily golf operationsOutside Golf Operations Responsibilities
Prepare, stage, and clean golf cartsPick and maintain the driving rangeWash and fuel cartsKeep the practice areas and clubhouse surroundings clean and presentableAssist golfers with clubs and provide outstanding customer serviceSupport the daily operation of the golf facilityQualifications
Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skillsDependable and punctualAbility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (outside positions)Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidates.Schedule
