Banquet Server

Radnor Valley Country Club is seeking professional, polished, and service-driven Banquet Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during private events, weddings, member functions, and special occasions. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, linens, place settings, décor, buffet stations, etc.)

· Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests in a timely and courteous manner

· Carry trays, serve plated meals, and clear tables efficiently

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events

· Assist with breakdown and proper storage of equipment and supplies

· Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth event execution

· Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

· Provide exceptional hospitality and respond promptly to guest needs

Qualifications:

· Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

· Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30–40 lbs

Preferred Education, Experience:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
