Lead Golf Instructor

<p>The True Swing Golf Academy at Caguas Golf Club in Caguas, Puerto Rico is looking for a teaching professional to move to paradise and launch a new facility in the Fall of 2026. </p> <p> </p> <p>The instructor will lead player development programs within an established curriculum and philosophy made popular over the last decade by True Swing founder, Erika Larkin, PGA (Golf Digest Top 50 Teacher since 2022). Programming will include, but not limited to private lessons and group classes for a variety of skill levels, as well as multi-day destination golf schools. Instructor will focus on servicing mostly <strong>adults</strong> ages 18 &amp; up but may also support the Junior Golf Lead coaches / programming as needed or desired.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about coaching golf, values community, creativity, organization, and growth. The candidate must have extensive experience running a variety of player development programs. This candidate will be helping to establish the instructional culture at the facility and within the central Puerto Rico community as one of the few public-access facilities! </p> <p> </p> <p>Join an incredible team and build something special at a state-of-the-art teaching center- the first of its kind in Puerto Rico! (Featuring Platform Golf and Trackman bays, 3D tech as well)</p> <p> </p> <p>The instructor will be an employee of Caguas Golf Club and will report to Erika Larkin as well as the management on-site at Caguas Golf Club.</p> <p>Speaking Spanish is a bonus skill, but not required.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Facility Description</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Caguas Golf Club (formerly Caguas Real Golf &amp; CC) is an 18-hole public golf facility that has undergone a full renovation over the last 18 months. The True Swing Golf Academy building will sit on the north end of a double-ended driving range adjacent to a large, short-game area and grass tee. The Academy will feature 3 Platform Golf studio bays, Sports Box 3D, Trackman radars and more. </p> <p> </p> <p>Other features on property (opening in 2027) include a double decker lit, covered range facility with In-Range technology &amp; gaming, restaurants, cigar lounge, gaming, simulation, karaoke, entertainment plaza, children’s activity center and a large pavilion for ‘Pickle/Padel’ courts. Next door is an existing Four Points Sheraton &amp; Casino.</p> <p> </p> <p>Caguas Golf Club will be a premier public entertainment complex located only 20 minutes from the largest metropolitan areas on the island. The possibilities are endless for creative programming!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Current Program Philosophy</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>True Swing is a teaching philosophy founded and popularized by Erika Larkin.
