Senior Golf Course Equipment Mechanic

Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) is seeking a Lead Mechanic on our golf course operations team. The role focuses on leading shop activities, maintaining and repairing golf course equipment, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of lead mechanic experience on a golf course, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to mentor junior mechanics while coordinating with the Equipment Manager and Superintendent.
