We are currently seeking servers that can create a positive, memorable experience for members and their guests. The ideal candidates will be customer service oriented, attentive, polite, courteous and able to interact with members in a professional manner. Dependability is a must.Titleholders is the restaurant of Augusta Country Club, named for the women's golf tournament hosted on its grounds from 1937 to 1966.

The Titleholders Championship plays a meaningful role in the rich history of the Augusta Country Club, and we wish to uphold the reputation and historical significance of the Club by continuing to provide excellent service to its members.This position is responsible for providing the highest quality of services to all members and guests dining within the bar and restaurant areas.

Servers are part of the dining experience, offering suggestions and recommendations, such as wine pairings helping to make the dining experience more intimate.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Attend line-up at the beginning of shiftGreeting membersServe food and beverage items by following proper club proceduresSet up side stations and perform assigned side workUtilizes digital system to input orders and transmit to the kitchenAssembles food on trays ensuring proper condiments and side dishes are providedChecks back to ensure Member/Guest satisfactionSuggest and serve dessert, coffee and after dinner drinksKeeps tables, dining room and bus station clean and tidyPresent bill to memberAdvises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occurPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assigned by supervisorAttend line-up as directed by supervisorOther duties may be assignedClose shift in North Star (POS)Put tickets in numerical orderCheck out with Manager before leavingQualificationsQualificationsMust be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills.Must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.Excellent verbal and telephone skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our members.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Schedule AvailabilityOpen AvailabilityMorning shift 7AM-3PM or laterEvening shift 5PM-10PM or laterEqual Opportunity Employer Drug Free Employer
