Golf Pro Shop Manager

Hideaway Lake Club is seeking an organized, customer-focused Golf Pro Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations and create a welcoming experience for members and guests. The ideal candidate enjoys golf, leads by example, and brings strong retail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily pro shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise pro shop staff.

Oversee merchandise purchasing, inventory, pricing, and displays.

Manage tee-time reservations, golfer check-ins, cart barn, and point-of-sale transactions.

Coordinate with our Golf Pro to support smooth daily operations, tournaments, and clinics.

Address member questions and concerns professionally.

Keep the pro shop clean, organized, and well stocked.

Qualifications:

Experience in retail management, golf operations, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage inventory, staff schedules, and competing priorities.

Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer software.

Knowledge of golf etiquette, equipment, and course operations preferred.

Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
