Room Service - PT

The Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is seeking a Finial Room Service Server.

The Room Service Server ensures that guests receive exceptional service within the comfort of their room. This position requires a blend of hospitality and organizational skills to ensure that orders are accurately taken, prepared and served in a timely and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly when taking room service orders.

Accurately record guest's food and beverage preferences, special requests, and dietary restrictions.

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure correct preparation of orders.

Deliver orders promptly to the guest’s room.

Set up the dining area within the room, including table settings, silverware and glassware.

Present dishes professionally, ensuring they are beautifully arranged.

Anticipate guest needs, such as extra condiments, napkins, or utensils.

Prepare accurate bills for room service orders.

Process payments efficiently, whether through cash, credit card, or room charge.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Previous work in food service or hospitality, preferably in room service.

Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with the room service menu, including food and beverage offerings.

Attention to Timing: Ability to coordinate meal delivery seamlessly.

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
