The General Manager serves as the chief executive officer of a premier 1,200-home gated homeowners’ association in southwest Florida. This role oversees all aspects of community operations, including HOA governance and maintenance, private restaurant amenity, and recreational amenities such as Kayak Park. The General Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, delivering financial performance against approved plans, leading and staffing both HOA and restaurant teams, and acting as the primary liaison between the HOA Board of Directors, residents and guests.
