Design Engineer Golf

Role and Responsibilities of Design Engineer Golf:
You will create 3D CAD models, manage projects, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver high-performance golf clubs.
Create 3D parametric models of entire golf clubs using NX CAD software, including surfaces, structures, design details, branding, and components.Manage golf club projects by overseeing product objectives, industrial design, product management, specifications, mass properties, engineering, testing, and manufacturing engineering.Communicate with suppliers to develop and manufacture new products.Translate concept renderings into 3D CAD models using advanced CAD techniques.Engineer club performance through mass properties, testing, and iterative design.3D print prototype models for analysis and evaluation.Coordinate with the Development Team on pilot and production runs.Initiate and strategize product testing and performance evaluations.Collaborate with Product Team on new golf club ideations.Pursue patent opportunities for new concepts, ideas, technologies, and products.Required Skills and Experience of Design Engineer Golf:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in golf club product design and engineering.Advanced 3D CAD modeling skills, including free form surfacing, parametric sketches, solid tools, associative modeling, and part families.Familiarity with computational design software (Rhino Grasshopper, nTop, Blender).Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Project management experience, including leading projects and project teams.Vendor communication and manufacturing knowledge/experience.Solid understanding of golf, golf clubs, physics, history, and market trends.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills.Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Ability to schedule effectively and meet business deadlines.Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Compensation and Benefits of Design Engineer Golf:
