General Duties (All Roles)

Member Relations: Uphold private club traditions by learning and addressing members and their guests by name.Etiquette & Presentation: Maintain a polished, professional appearancePOS & Billing: Accurately process food, beverage, and member charge chits or digital transactions using the club's Point-of-Sale (POS) system.Role-Specific Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Bartender

Responsibilities:Craft and serve classic cocktails, craft beers, fine wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards.Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, conduct daily/weekly counts, and maintain a locked, clean bar.Requirements:Minimum age of 21 (or legal serving age).1–3+ years of bartending experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or a private club.2. Server (Dining Room / A la Carte / Banquets)

Responsibilities:Provide full-service food and beverage delivery in formal dining rooms, patios, or golf-side outlets.Demonstrate deep knowledge of daily menus, wine pairings, and chef's specials.Anticipate member preferences, handle dietary requests, and coordinate course progression with the kitchen.Requirements:Prior formal dining or private club serving experience preferred.Strong communication, multitasking, and table-side etiquette skills.Ability to stand, walk, and carry service trays for extended periods.3. Food Runner (Server Assistant)

Responsibilities:Rapidly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen expediting line to member tables.Support waitstaff by clearing dirty dishes, resetting tables, polishing glassware, and refilling water.Bridge communication smoothly between front-of-house servers and back-of-house culinary staff.Schedule Requirements
