GolfSuites – Baton Rouge Position Summary GolfSuites Baton Rouge is seeking a motivated and hands-on Driving Range Lead to assist with overseeing daily operations of the driving range and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests. This leadership role is responsible for guiding and training range attendants, maintaining equipment, and ensuring efficient ball management and range functionality. The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives in an outdoor environment, and takes pride in operational excellence. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Oversee daily driving range operations and ensure smooth functionalitySupervise, train, and support driving range attendantsMonitor and maintain range equipment, including ball dispensers and machineryEnsure proper collection, cleaning, and distribution of golf ballsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the range and surrounding areasEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policiesAssist with scheduling, task delegation, and shift coverageCommunicate effectively with management and other departmentsTroubleshoot operational issues and resolve them efficientlyWork outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods Requirements Evening/Night availability is required!Weekends Required!!
