This role checks players in, supports sales, and keeps the shop running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Check in players and help with tee time bookingsUse the Point of Sale (POS) system to take paymentsAnswer phones and provide helpful informationKeep the shop stocked, clean, and organizedFollow cash-handling and closing proceduresHelp guests with questions or concernsWork well in a busy, fast-paced environmentStay flexible with scheduling to support business needsAssist with team communication and daily tasksOther duties as assignedRequirements
Good communication and customer service skillsBasic math skills and ability to manage paymentsHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience in retail or hospitality is helpful
