Job Title: Bartender/Server
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Reports to: General Manager / FOH/Event Co.
Position Summary
Edgewood Dining, Events & Golf is seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to serve as a Bartender/Server. This position combines front-of-house service with leadership responsibilities during opening shifts. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• As Bartender/Server
• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
• Process customer payments efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of bartending or serving experience (required).
• Prior management or shift lead experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be 21+ with appropriate alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs.
Schedule & Compensation
• Morning and daytime shifts available.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Competitive hourly wage plus tips.
