Pro Shop Attendant

Crystal Springs is looking for someone with great customer service skills to assist our customers in the pro shop. Our Ideal candidate will be able to handle the following responsibilities, while maintaining professionalism and hospitality to our customers.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Spread goodwill among all patronsWarmly welcome each patronInput customers into the computerAnswer telephonesSell merchandise to customersRe-stock merchandiseProvide the highest possible level of service at all timesPerform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisorCommunicate all questions and concerns to immediate supervisorPerform opening procedures as delineated in the operations manualRequirements:
