The Member Services team is one of the core operations teams, and you will be expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the Club, operations and property, and answering the main phone line and handling and routing general inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner. Additional duties will include arranging dinner reservations, both on-site at one of our dining rooms, and at off-site locations, scheduling services at our on-site Spa & Salon, and will also act as front-line contact and resolution specialist for any special requests. The department is also responsible for circulating daily reporting/property communications and professionally handling any and all inquiries regarding requests for information, directions, and/or situations that may arise.
