Member Services AttendantOur Member Services team is the first point of contact for members and guests—and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality with every interaction. As a Member Services Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless golf experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanorAssist with golf bags: unloading, transporting, and setting up on carts or rangeClean and maintain golf carts and clubs before and after useMaintain the driving range, including ball collection and setupMonitor the needs of members and respond promptly to service requestsProvide information about club offerings and golf course etiquette as neededSupport the golf team and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experienceRequirements: Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environmentAbility to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periodsGolf knowledge is a plus, but not requiredMust be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysWhy Join Our Team?
