Johnson City Country Club is seeking a long term, reliable and detail-oriented Salad Cook to join our culinary team. This position plays a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare salads, cold plates, and garnishes according to recipes and presentation standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstationEnsure freshness and proper storage of all ingredientsAssist with prep work and support other kitchen stations as neededFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesQualifications:
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented attitude with a willingness to learnDependable and punctualWhat We Offer:
