About the role
Baltimore County Golf is seeking an experienced Director of Golf Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across five courses and four facilities in Maryland. You will drive golf operations, food and beverage, instructional programming, player development, and merchandising to elevate the customer experience.
The role requires a Class A PGA Membership and at least seven years of progressive golf management experience, along with strong financial and leadership skills.
