About the Role:
The role is a key executive leader , overseeing clubhouse operations—including dining, events, facilities, and security—to ensure exceptional member experiences and operational excellence . Reporting to the General Manager , he/she will lead teams, optimize financial performance, and drive service innovation .
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Luxury Hospitality Expertise – Leadership experience in private clubs, resorts, or high-end hospitality. Proven Expertise – At least five years of hospitality leadership experience , including three years in management roles , ideally within private clubs or luxury hotels/resorts . Service Excellence – Passion for elevated food, beverage, and event programming . People-Centric Leader – Engaging, approachable, and skilled in mentoring high-performing teams . Strategic & Operational Thinker – Budget-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Innovative & Adaptable – Tech-proficient with a forward-thinking mindset.
Preferred: Degree in Hospitality Management + industry certifications (CCM, culinary, or wine).
